Welcome to the new Black and White - Abstract Art Acrylic Pouring video tutorial. In this fluid art lesson, I'm going to show you how to create a stunning abstract painting on a black and white color split base with a twist. We're going to create reversed colors flow painting with a blown technique. Also in this abstract art tutorial, I will show you how to do a touch-up to bring your color split to the next level. 

"Balance" is a secret message for this fluid painting, and let's dab into this yin-yang composition. This canvas is 20 by 20, so I'm just going to draw the line right in the center. I want to break pour painting into two halves. This line will not stay perfect when I'm going to start blowing the paint and shifting it around, but we'll make it perfect again once the painting is dry. And then I want to create that black and white color split base. As for the pouring recipe, all of my colors I mixed with water only.

Mars Black

Titanium White

Iridescent Silver

Naphthol Crimson

Vermillion

This modern black and white painting is all done and finished. I covered it with a layer of glossy varnish. I think it looks very good in this one. This flow painting's name is "Yin Yang Melody" and it's all about harmony and balance between the opposite forces, the continuous melody of dancing colors, and, of course, this beautiful striking color palette. I love the transformation of colors the dark on light background and light on dark background. And I'm really digging this sharp border color split base, especially, with such a minimalistic color palette and all these beautiful pops of bright colors hidden in the flow.
